I went through a smoother, easier-feeling process with HR early, then a couple of discussion-style technical conversations.

HR screen — A phone call about my background and fit for the role.
Team/technical discussion — A discussion with two team members; the focus was on my experience and role basics.
Manager interview — A manager conversation to assess alignment and expectations.
(When applicable) English/HR wrap-up — In some versions, the process included an HR-style close; in one case HR and salary timing were emphasized. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the interaction pace felt organized and not overly combative.
