Atlanta, GAPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience centered on business analysis work that was reflected directly in what they asked me to think through.

I was expected to document test results and note deviations, and then connect that to potential features and enhancements by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

The discussion also included how to package resolutions and workarounds into help content or solution articles so other people could reuse what was learned. Overall, it felt like they were looking for someone who could translate messy inputs into structured outputs—process thinking, documentation, and clear communication. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the interview had a concrete, work-shaped feel
