Aerotek Account Executive interview experience

The process ended up feeling like a structured three-step interview where I talked through my background and got asked more general questions about myself and my past experience. I remember them probing why the industry appealed to me, and I focused on what drew me to the work and how my experience matched the role.

A later step was a meeting with top performers from the office location I was interested in. That part made it feel a bit more real, like they were checking not just whether I could talk about my story, but whether I could connect with people already performing at a high level.
