Aerotek Account Executive interview experience

I had an in-person meeting, then lunch, and later another in-person conversation, and all of it happened within about two weeks. The pace surprised me in a good way because it didn’t drag.

Across the conversations, it felt like people genuinely enjoyed talking—there was a real back-and-forth energy rather than a stiff checklist. What stood out most was how much the team seemed to care about their business and the people they were planning to bring on, which made the meetings feel warmer and more human.
