My interview journey moved through an internal leadership round with mostly other AMs.

It felt structured around proving I could handle the job during hard, challenging periods—less about small talk and more about whether I had the right mindset to push through.

Once that leadership discussion was completed, the decision was pretty binary: either I got the offer or I didn’t. The whole thing had that high-pressure evaluation feel, and I could tell they were using the interview to test resilience as much as capability.
