Tampa, FLPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, and then I was passed along to a two-hour video call with the DBO.

That call felt like a significant checkpoint because the length suggested they were going to dig in.

After the video stage, I went to an in-person shadow with the team for a half day, scheduled for 9 to 11 at their TPA office. It was a full sequence rather than a single conversation, and overall it felt like they wanted to match my day-to-day working style to what the team actually did. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience was consistent and immersive.
