Aerotek Systems Engineer interview experience

The goal seemed to be figuring out what I was most interested in and what I was qualified for.

Because it was mostly on the phone and designed around matching and sorting, it was described as very easy. I didn’t experience any high-pressure technical grilling during these calls, and it felt like a lightweight process for aligning me with available opportunities.

I didn’t end up with an offer from this path, but the interviews themselves were easygoing, mainly focused on fit rather than deep technical evaluation.
