Milwaukee, WIPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process kicked off with a recruiter meeting for the position.

We then scheduled time to speak with the company that was actually hiring. The interview itself felt like a normal handoff from the recruiter into the client conversation, and after that I entered a waiting period.

What stood out was how quickly things moved from the client interview into the follow-up. After some time passed, I heard back and ended up getting hired. The whole journey felt relatively average in difficulty—nothing about the interviewing phase felt unusually hard—but the timeline after the interview and the eventual hiring decision gave it a clear sense of momentum.
