Aerotek Account Executive interview experience

The interview was barely even an interview in my view, and it was so easy that it didn’t seem like much of a real evaluation.

The role was basically presented as something straightforward to land, which made it feel low-stakes. It seemed like it could work for a recent college graduate looking to get into sales, but for me it just didn’t feel substantial.
