Aerotek Account Executive interview experience

They guided me into a temp role with Bay Alarm Medical, and the interview itself didn’t create any big friction. I remember feeling like things were moving in the right direction quickly.

After I secured the role and completed the contract, I went on to other jobs later. So while there wasn’t a traditional long hiring path, it still felt successful—more like being directed into a match than enduring a drawn-out series of hurdles.
