From small-to-medium businesses (SMB) to massive State, Local, and Education (SLED) institutions and Strategic Enterprise accounts, you will target diverse segments to help teams move away from fragmented legacy tools and siloed spreadsheets.
The impact of this position is highly visible. As an Account Executive, you act as the primary catalyst for Smartsheet's "land-and-expand" business model. By identifying initial pain points within a single department, you land key accounts and strategically expand their usage into cross-functional enterprise-wide solutions. You will work closely with Sales Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to deliver tailored product demonstrations and build compelling business cases for high-value stakeholders.
