As an Account Executive, you are at the forefront of this software revolution, helping organizations transition from traditional, highly bottlenecked development cycles to an era of rapid, AI-assisted creation.
This role is highly strategic and cross-functional. You will work with everything from fast-growing startups to massive enterprises, helping them realize "the art of the possible." This often involves orchestrating non-engineering hackathons to prove how non-technical business units can build functional tools in minutes using the Replit Agent and Agent 3's autonomous capabilities. Your mission is to align Replit's rapidly evolving product suite with our customers' core business objectives, driving both new logo acquisition and massive expansion within existing accounts.
Because Replit has experienced historic growth—scaling from 150M in ARR in just 10 months—this position requires an entrepreneurial mindset. You will serve as a critical bridge between our enterprise customers and our internal product and engineering teams, ensuring that customer feedback directly shapes the future of our agentic developer tools.
