You are responsible for transforming raw workforce data into actionable intelligence that empowers Chime leadership to make informed decisions about talent, performance, and organizational health.
This role is critical to the People Team because it moves beyond descriptive reporting into the realm of predictive analytics and strategic storytelling. You will be tasked with building the infrastructure that connects disparate data sets—from Workday and Greenhouse to proprietary internal systems—to provide a holistic view of the employee lifecycle.
