San Jose, CAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Communication from HR was clear and professional, especially around scheduling.

Once I got to the technical interview, though, it turned into a mess. The interviewer kept stepping in and out of the room, and the whole time it felt like they weren’t paying attention to what I was saying or to the clarifications I was making.

It gave the impression that they were either distracted or forced into the interview. Even though the setup with HR was fine, the technical conversation itself undermined the experience, and it didn’t feel like a real evaluation of my skills.
