After an online assessment, I went into a set of pre-interview sessions that covered Zscaler’s journey and the interview process itself.

That helped me understand what the company was looking for and what the next steps would feel like.

My technical interview followed and lasted about 75 minutes. It focused mainly on DSA and problem-solving at a medium level, and the interviewer was genuinely friendly—enough that I could think more clearly instead of getting thrown off by the conversation.

Then I had an HR/managerial round that leaned into behavioral questions. We talked about how I handled real-life challenges and situations from my past, and while I was nervous, the interviewer helped the discussion stay comfortable.
