Zones Account Executive interview experience

A few people visited the office environment together to see how things worked day to day, and I got a personal interview with a manager as part of the group.

After that, they had me complete a set of typed essay questions focused on sales and business skills. The topics included handling a difficult situation where I showed adversity, and it felt more reflective than a standard “tell me about yourself” exchange. Once I passed the in-person part, I met the recruiter again for a last check-in and was told I’d be contacted by phone if the position was offered.

I never heard back with an offer.
