Auburn, WAPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was pulled into the process with the expectation that the biggest test was whether I could sell myself.

The people I spoke with emphasized that sales success starts with self-presentation, and the questions and tone reflected that—more confidence and persistence than anything technical.

In a similar flow I experienced, it moved fast: a recruiter phone interview around 45 minutes with HR, then an in-person interview with a sales manager about an hour later. The questions covered the basics—why sales, why IT, why Zones, and things like my biggest weakness—without feeling overly complicated. The overall impression was that it was set up for quick evaluation, and there wasn’t even much ceremony
