I interviewed for Software Engineer with a video-first flow that involved delays and ended with a closure or no clear next step.

Recruiter follow-up delay — after applying, I took weeks to hear back and was then followed up again.
One-way video interview — instead of a live conversation, I completed a one-way screen.
Technical video interview later — I also experienced a later invitation to a video interview after rejection, where technical questions were asked, and then the role was marked closed. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that the process could feel slow and ambiguous, with limited transparency.
