I went through an on-demand HireVue-style screening first, then a light follow-up process, and it felt average difficulty with some stress from the unknown topics.

On-demand HireVue — I recorded responses to a set of predetermined video questions (about five questions), with a short time limit per answer; I could re-record as needed.
Zoom scenario programming interview — I answered programming questions framed as scenarios, explaining how I would solve the problem and how I’d reach a conclusion; it was not very hard, but the real-time pressure was stressful because I didn’t know the topics in advance. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the difficulty felt manageable—main challenge was handling the timed, no-advance-topic pressure.
