My technical stage used a mix of quick reaction-style questions, multiple-choice items, and then three simpler coding problems.

The timing was structured so I had enough time to finish everything, so the bigger issue wasn’t running out of time—it was how the questions were framed.

After the technical portion, the video interview moved into behavioral questions. That’s where I didn’t do well, and I didn’t get any feedback on why I failed. The silence after the video interview made the whole thing feel a bit unresolved.

I ultimately didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the lack of feedback stuck with me more than the difficulty of the earlier round.
