My first round had a mix of HR and technical conversation.

They asked basic HR-style questions along with instrumentation questions, and they also spent time on my projects and resume.

Even though there was technical content, the overall difficulty felt manageable, and I came away thinking it was the kind of interview you can clear if your experience matches what they’re looking for. The next part of the process was described as group discussion first, followed by a technical and HR round.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the experience was relatively easy and not intimidating compared with some other interviews I’ve gone through.
