My process included a group discussion round and then a technical interview round.

The group discussion itself felt easy and it went well, which made me feel optimistic going into the technical part.

But the later stage didn’t end the way I expected. I felt there was some unfairness in how the technical interview went, and even though my interview went very well in my view, I still wasn’t selected at the end.

I didn’t get an offer. The hardest part to reconcile was that the group discussion outcome didn’t match how I felt the final technical evaluation played out.
