Worley Software Engineer interview experience

The hiring team was polite and tried to make the conversation comfortable, and the interview itself included HR as well. It lasted around an hour, and the overall vibe was genuinely good.

Afterwards, I heard back from HR within about one to two weeks. The difficulty was average, but it didn’t feel overly stressful in the moment because the tone stayed respectful and supportive.

I didn’t get an offer, but the main takeaway was that the process felt human—people were considerate, and even though I wasn’t selected, the communication cadence was clear enough that it didn’t drag out indefinitely.
