During the pandemic, I did a Teams interview with the hiring manager and a director.

It lasted about an hour, and the hiring manager asked most of the questions, with the director chiming in with additional questions.

Overall it felt easy in terms of difficulty. The questions weren’t overly aggressive, and the way they talked to me made me feel at ease.

I received an offer. The best part was that it didn’t feel like I was being interrogated—it felt like they were trying to understand my answers and see how I’d fit, which made the entire session feel lighter than I expected.
