Atlanta, GAPosted Jan 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was mostly just an introduction—there wasn’t much to it beyond meeting and setting expectations.

It also depended on the client, and there was a clear theme that if the client approved the candidate, things would be essentially a slam dunk.

What lingered with me was that even when the interview itself was easy, the overall hiring and project timeline could be slow. It required patience, and there weren’t guarantees about landing the project.

I received an offer, and the difficulty felt very easy. Honestly, the interview didn’t feel like the hard part; the uncertainty of client approval and project timing was what made the process feel stretched.
