Worley Software Engineer interview experience

I met with an engineering senior in my field and also sat down with someone from HR. The questions were centered on me—my career path, what I thought about my abilities, and the choices I’d made along the way.

There wasn’t a heavy sense of trickiness or technical grilling; it felt more like an honest conversation to understand whether my mindset and trajectory matched what they needed. The interview went very well overall, and I was successful. What stuck with me most was how direct the HR-and-technical mix felt—both sides were aligned on understanding me, not just checking keywords.
