Worley Software Engineer interview experience

That in-person day combined a chat with senior team members and then an hour-long competency-based task. The way it was set up made the process feel practical—you could talk through your background first, and then you had a defined window for the task.

From sending my CV to accepting the job took about four to five months, which was longer than I expected. Still, the structure at the interview itself felt pretty organized, and the mix of discussion plus that competency exercise was the part I remember most.
