My process included pre-recorded video interviews and then an assessment centre, which was followed by a one-on-one conversation with a manager and senior engineers.

The overall atmosphere felt relaxed, and the interview questions were standard competence-based prompts.

The assessment centre used team-based scenarios, which made it less about pure individual answers and more about how I collaborated under simulated work situations. After moving through those stages, I ended up receiving an offer.

My reflection was that the relaxed tone helped me perform, and the structure made it clear they were evaluating behavior and collaboration as much as technical credibility.
