My process followed a simple three-phase structure: a basic call, then a technical call, and finally an in-person interview.

What surprised me most was how quick the decision came after the in-person step—it came out in less than two weeks.

The panel in person was warm and welcoming, and the overall feel was positive rather than intimidating. Most of the questioning stayed grounded in what the role required, and the environment made it easier to answer without feeling like I was fighting the format. I ended up being successful, and honestly the speed plus the friendly tone made the whole thing feel respectful rather than drawn out.
