The interview process felt long and drawn out for me, but it was also straightforward in format.

I attended an assessment-style day that started around 10 a.m. and wrapped up around 6 p.m., after a presentation was given before things kicked off.

There were about 12 people in the room, and the day included a group discussion, an online test, and then an interview segment. By the end, only two people were selected, which made the competition feel very real from the start. Despite how organized it was, I wasn’t one of the two chosen.
