I went through an online assessment centre that took up the whole day, which immediately made it feel like a real event rather than a quick screen.

The day included several group activities, and it built toward a group presentation.

What stood out most was how much the process leaned into renewables—current industry challenges and what kinds of solutions could realistically address them. The environment felt organized and purposeful, and the emphasis wasn’t just on general communication; it was tied to how I could think about the renewable space in an applied way. I ended up receiving an offer, and honestly the full-day format was exhausting but it helped make the expectations feel clear.
