My experience was part of campus selection and included a test, a group discussion, and then the interview itself.

The overall flow felt good and relatively smooth, and the difficulty level was average.

The test felt easy, and the group discussion went well, which gave me confidence leading into the final interview. The interview ran for about 30 minutes, and it matched the earlier stages—coordinated and not overly complicated.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I remember most was how the early stages felt encouraging, especially since the group discussion and test both went smoothly, but the final interview still didn’t land in my favor.
