Worley Software Engineer interview experience

Communication was quick, and everything felt interactive and straightforward, without a lot of back-and-forth.

The process didn’t drag. It felt organized, and the reply and updates moved fast enough that I didn’t spend weeks wondering where things stood.

I received an offer. Looking back, the biggest thing I appreciated was how clear and responsive the whole loop was—from screening to final negotiation—because it made it feel more transparent than many processes I’d seen.
