My process started with a verification of personal data.

Then the interviewer explained the trainee program they were offering, and at the end I had an English conversation that lasted about ten minutes.

The difficulty was average, and the overall flow felt more like an early-stage program discussion than a deep role interview. It was straightforward and focused on explaining the program and then checking basic English communication.

I didn’t receive an offer. What stood out to me was how quickly it moved from personal verification to program overview, with the language conversation at the very end acting as the final check.
