Once I applied, the process started with a short phone interview.

Not long after, I had a couple of Skype interviews with a mix of interviewers—an engineering manager plus some graduates. The questions were pre-determined, so it didn’t feel like a free-flowing conversation; it was more about answering a set structure confidently and clearly.

Communication stayed very prompt throughout, and the timing surprised me. The offer came shortly after the Skype interviews, and overall it felt smooth and organized rather than drawn out or stressful.
