Worley Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I was interviewed by an engineering manager and a department manager, and the environment felt friendly.

The process moved fast. I was given an offer the next day, and I accepted right away. It didn’t feel drawn out or overly procedural—more like a quick decision once they met me.

The interview difficulty felt easy, and what I remember most was how warm the conversation was with the managers. It made the quick turnaround feel more straightforward than surprising.
