Worley Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I was invited to a pool interview where I had to show up at a specific location.

Once I was there, the next stage was group discussion. After the group discussion ended, I was called in for a personal interview.

The whole journey felt fairly easy in terms of difficulty, but it was clearly staged—test first, then group interaction, then a one-on-one. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure made it easy to understand what came next. The surprising part was how quickly it moved from the MCQ into in-person stages without much downtime.
