Worley Software Engineer interview experience

We talked through my experience, reviewed my resume, and then discussed what I would be doing in the role.

I think my previous experience with a subsidiary played a big role in how smooth the conversation was—questions felt more aligned with what I’d already done rather than challenging gaps.

I received an offer. The whole thing felt like a confirmation of fit rather than a test, and honestly that familiarity made the experience less stressful and faster to resolve.
