Workday Software Engineer interview experience

The next step was a technical interview that lasted about an hour, and it felt pretty difficult—comparable to big-tech style interviews.

The difficulty level clearly came through in the way they expected me to solve problems under pressure. They essentially told me to be prepared and to do lots of LeetCode-style practice, and they also implied I might have to wait a while for feedback.

I didn’t get an offer, and I never got a quick turnaround. My main takeaway was that the bar felt genuinely high for problem-solving, not just basic familiarity with engineering topics.
