Workday Software Engineer interview experience

I remember being in a warm, supportive environment where the interviewers were helpful while I answered, and I didn’t run into any curveballs.

The questions were mostly the standard behavioral themes—talking through past work, strengths, and weaknesses—without much emphasis on coding. When I think about it now, the main thing that stood out was how little the process tried to “catch” me technically. It ended up feeling like a clean conversation rather than a stress test, and overall it gave me a positive impression.
