My interview started with a quick video call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager.

After that, the technical discussion with team members came after I finished a take-home assignment.

The order of steps stood out because the take-home sat in the middle of things, acting like a gate before I got into the more interactive technical parts.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process flow felt structured: recruiter, hiring manager, then the technical discussion after the take-home was completed.
