My EM interview process followed a pretty standard pattern: a hiring manager interview first, then a technical round, and then segments they described as “core skills” and “critical skills.” I appreciated that they were transparent about compensation relatively early.

At the same time, the recruiter experience was frustrating. Scheduling got messy—I was sent meetings at times that didn’t work for one party or the other, and the calendar invites were in weird, unrelated time zones.

Difficulty felt average, and while the interviews themselves sounded structured, the coordination issues outside the panels made the overall journey feel worse than it needed to be.
