Workday Software Engineer interview experience

I had one phone screen, then a behavioral round, and then a technical conversation with two engineers.

The technical interview focused on system design topics, and each interview segment was around forty-five minutes. The recruiter was very friendly and helped the whole thing stay on track, so scheduling and expectations didn’t feel chaotic.

I didn’t get an offer, but the overall vibe was “easy to navigate” and fairly normal in difficulty. The main impression I kept was that the process was well run and the questions matched the role.
