The recruiter and manager interviews were pleasant and personable.

The part that felt off to me was the presentation stage, which relied on Excel.

Excel wasn’t a tool I used often, and it didn’t feel closely connected to the kind of Workday role I was applying for. Even so, I understood it was part of their process, so I went along with it and completed the presentation as requested.

I wasn’t selected, and the presentation didn’t really represent the job I was targeting. Still, the earlier conversations were a positive part of the experience.
