Pleasanton, CAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For the new grad path, my first step was a technical UML diagramming call that lasted about an hour.

After that, I went into an in-person final round that ran about five hours.

That final stage mixed UML diagramming again—this time on a whiteboard—with behavioral questions. Having both diagramming and behavioral elements in the same long in-person block made the day feel intense and sustained.

The overall difficulty was average, but the length and the heavy UML focus were what stayed with me most, especially how the evaluation kept returning to diagramming clarity alongside how I handled the behavioral prompts.
