Workday Software Engineer interview experience

After receiving it, I asked to talk with someone who wasn’t in management.

That request didn’t land well. They didn’t seem to like me asking questions about the manager’s role, and the offer got cancelled.

I didn’t end up joining, and I remember the whole experience standing out as a set of red flags for me—not because of technical performance, but because the process reacted negatively to a normal curiosity about who I’d be working with.
