Workday Consultant interview experience

I followed up multiple times by email and didn’t hear back, which left the whole experience feeling unprofessional.

Because I never actually reached the interview stage, there wasn’t a real chance to showcase my fit. I didn’t get an offer, and the main takeaway for me was how abrupt and unclear the communication became right when it should have been most reliable.
