Workday Software Engineer interview experience

I wasn’t bombarded with DSA or the typical set of problems people associate with technical screens.

Instead, the conversation focused on more modern topics and straightforward assessments. I remember discussing things like Git and even General DOM, which made it feel more relevant to day-to-day engineering work than to memorized algorithms. The overall impression was that it was less about grinding traditional coding problems and more about practical knowledge.
