Workday Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a screen interview with the hiring manager, then an architecture and design interview, followed by a code interview, then a manager interview and finally an HR interview.

At moments it felt like they were running through stages without there being an actual open position, so there was a persistent uncertainty hanging over the whole thing. The difficulty was tagged average, but the real issue was the “never-ending” nature of it.

By the end, the process left me feeling burnt out and unsure whether the effort had any real target behind it.
