My interview journey started with a recruiter screen, then I met with the hiring manager.

After that, the final stage was an onsite assessment where the format changed from back-to-back discussions to more hands-on evaluation. They had me do a group case study, and I also had a separate 1-on-1 interview with another hiring manager.

The overall pace felt like three main steps that gradually increased in intensity, and the onsite component was clearly the centerpiece. Difficulty came across as average for the first parts, with the group case study being the part that required the most focus and composure because it involved working through a scenario with others.
